This morning practice prepares your body optimally for the day ahead, as we practice invigorating breathing exercises together and warm up and mobilize the body with gentle asanas. At the end of the class, you'll be guided through a meditation to help you center yourself and find inner calm and clarity.

No prior meditation experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
